Delivery, returns & the fine print.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70, 1–2 days
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130, 2–4 days

Payment is cash on delivery. Please check the pouch seal on receipt.

Returns & refunds

If your pouch arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened tea cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Refunds for eligible returns are made within 7 working days by the method agreed with you.

Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, mobile number and delivery address. We use them only to confirm, deliver and support your order. We do not sell or share your details with anyone other than the courier delivering your order.

Your bag is remembered on your own device using local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. To have your order details deleted, contact us.

Terms

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes; delivery is charged separately and shown before you place your order. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the details cannot be verified.

Product photographs and illustrations are for presentation; natural tea varies slightly from harvest to harvest.
